Chief Executive Officer
Gary S. Lim is the Chief Executive Officer of Flagship Premium Food Group. Prior to joining Flagship Premium Food Group, Gary served as the President of Treasure Valley Business Group until the company was sold to Creo Capital Partners in 2008. Gary also serves on the Creo Capital Partners Board as an Operating Partner.
Gary has over 25 years of experience in the food industry, including retail, food service and industrial sectors. Gary has used his success in taking calculated risks to grow the company’s profitability by establishing clear business strategies, developing the company’s leadership team, and leading operational excellence.
Gary was born in Seoul, Korea and moved to United States when he was 10 years old. Gary earned his bachelor’s degree in Business from Boise State University and values giving back to the college community by speaking in university classrooms and seminars. Gary is as an avid sportsman with a passion for fly fishing and Boise State Football.
